Watermark Road Paving Project Schedule

This is the proposed schedule for our road paving project that will be completed this summer.  Check back often for updates.

March 27 Meet with FTCH to review final scope of work
April 2 - 6 FTCH to prepare bid packages
April 11 Meet with FTCH to review project specifications
April 19 Bids sent to contractors
April 21 - 27 Update residents on statuts
May 1 Bids due from contractors
May 2 Board members meet with FTCH to review bids
May 8 Joint Board meeting to approve contractor
May 14 - 18 Update residents on status of project
Jun 17 to Aug 18   

Paving completed

(to be completed within 1 week; with 2 weeks notice provided by contractor)
